Workshop At The Chocolate Warehouse Dublin

The Caffrey's Chocolate Warehouse offers workshops which are fun activities for adults and children alike. It was established by Natasha Caffrey in 2001, who got the idea from the constant questions on how chocolate was made from both friends and customers.
Your group will learn the story of chocolate from the Aztecs and the cocoa bean to the factory and the process of how chocolate is made. The process the beans go through all the way to packaged chocolate will be shown in a film, and a live demonstration will give your group insights on how chocolates and Easter eggs are made. The real fun part is the “hands on” session. At the interactive workshop your group gets to enrobe, decorate and package chocolate to take home.
Special educational workshops for all age groups are also available at the Chocolate Warehouse – e.g. for College and University groups they usually include a business talk which covers the history of Caffrey's Confectionery and the Chocolate warehouse, production, services, marketing, legislation, ICT and Europe.
Have you developed a hunger for chocolate during the tour? Don't despair - the whole range of Caffrey's sweets is available right at the warehouse!
