What is the World of Illusion?

World of Illusion is Dublin’s newest attraction and first Illusion Museum – a welcome addition to the Dublin scene. Prepare to have your minds blown and question reality; this experience combines education with lots of fun and is suitable for school groups, student tours and people of all ages – there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Where is it located?

It is conveniently located in the heart of Dublin city in the Central Plaza building on Dame Street, near Temple Bar. Look for the big pink doors! This attraction can be easily incorporated into your Dublin group itinerary with great flexibility as it opens from 09.30 am until 22.30 hours.

• Over 70 mind-blowing illusions spread over three floors to explore at your own pace on this self-guided tour.
• Each illusion is named and has instructions regarding what to do and what is happening, with credits for who discovered it. Follow the instructions as you explore through the museum – many surprises await you...
• The exhibits are interactive and will leave you questioning your mind, wondering what is real.
• Dozens of photo opportunities with your group members, making loads of memories and having great fun on this memorable experience.

Insider Tip:

We recommend doing the main and upper floors first, preparing your mind with each illusion, before going down to the basement and having your mind blown by illusions such as the Vortex tunnel – prepare to be amazed.
