What is Dublinia?

Dublinia is a historical recreation museum and one of the most popular visitor attractions in Dublin City centre. Through models, artefacts, exhibitions and audio-visual displays, Dublinia takes you back into the past and shows student groups how people lived here during the Viking and Medieval periods.

Opening Hours

Dublinia is open daily, Monday to Sunday.

March – September: 10.00 – 18.30 hrs (last admission: 17.30 hrs)

October – February: 10.00 – 17.30 hrs (last admission: 16.30 hrs)


Notes for Group Leaders

If you purchase our discount combo ticket, you can cross over the beautiful neo-Gothic archway that links Dublinia and Christ Church Cathedral. 

Entrance to St. Michaels Tower is not included in student group visits.


We recommend allowing 90 minutes for Dublinia
