Discover Dublin's Sweet Side
The Butlers Chocolate Experience introduces you to what really goes on behind the doors of a working chocolate factory. The tour will teach you all about the history, making process and of course the taste of Butler's Chocolate.
Starting with a movie about the origins of the popular sweet, you will then get to wander the chocolate museum's interactive exhibition. In an up close demonstration, a chocolatier will give you a demonstration on how chocolate is made - from the cocoa bean right through to being packed in beautiful gift boxes and being shipped all over the world. The highlight of the tour is the chance to decorate your own chocolate figure with liquid chocolate and chocolate flakes. You will of course get to keep and eat your creation!
If you've not had enough after that, the Butlers Chocolate Cafe is right there for sweet tooths to enjoy a hot chocolate and take a couple of supplies home with them.
Butlers Chocolate Experience Factory is ideal for a group visit as it is both educational and fun - something to be remembered and cherished.
Irish chocolate is becoming one of our famous exports and it's a real hit with both locals and tourists - we even consider it one of the 15 Irish experiences you shouldn't miss on your trip here!
