Take the hassle out of finding a place to fit the whole group in that can also offer packed lunches to take out when touring – we have been working with GBC Restaurant for over 20 years and we can provide you with a great meal service at discounted group prices.

This restaurant is conveniently located in Galway City Centre and easily accessible on foot.

SEND US YOUR REQUESTS

Send us an enquiry with as much information as possible – the number of people, number of courses, preferred dates / times and we will check availability with GBC Restaurant. Please note that this restaurant requires that groups choose their dinner menu in advance – one menu choice per group only.
As regards to packed lunches, you can pre-book them with us and they will be ready at the required date/time for your group to collect from GBC Restaurant.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We also look after dietary requirements both for packed lunches and afternoon meals – please let us know as soon as possible if anybody in the group has special requirements so we can give the restaurant as much notice as possible to cater for them.

EVENING MEAL TIMES

Afternoon meals for groups are usually available from 15.30 to 17.00 hrs. We highly recommend that your group shows up approximately 10/15 minutes before their dinner time. Also please let us know your preferred dinner times as soon as soon as possible as the restaurants gets booked up well in advance.

Group meal times: 15.30 – 17.00

Notes for Group Leaders

Ref. lunches and dinners, we recommend that your group turns up at the restaurant from 10 to 15 minutes before their pre-booked meal time.

Ref. packed lunches, they must be collected by group leaders on the designated day and time booked for collection at GBC restaurant.

Dietary requirements - must be received 1 month prior to arrival and the name of the students/leaders must be provided for each dietary requirement. Late dietary requirements may not be catered for. For Nut allergies – you must advise how severe it is and if the student/leader carries an EPI pen.
