Here’s how it works when booking a 2 Course Dinner at GBC Restaurant with us:

The whole group must choose only one of the above menus and everybody must have either a starter and a main course or a main course and a dessert.
The menu must be pre-chosen and you need to let us know your group’s choice in advance. If the group is dining in this venue for multiple days, they can change their menu every night, but you have to inform us about it beforehand.
Allergies and dietary requirements can be also catered for – GBC Restaurant offers vegetarian and pescetarian options and many more to suit all your group’s needs. All these requests must be emailed to us in advance.
If you wish, you can also add tea and coffee to your menu for a small supplement.

Group dinner times: 17.30 – 19.00

Notes for Group Leaders

If for whatever reason you are going to be late for your booked dinner time – please inform the restaurant immediately so they know when to expect your group. Depending on how late your group are going to be – the restaurant may not be able to accommodate your group during high season. We always advise groups to allow additional time to get to their dinner venues.

Dietary requirements - must be received 1 month prior to arrival and the name of the students/leaders must be provided for each dietary requirement. Late dietary requirements may not be catered for. For Nut allergies – you must advise how severe it is and if the student/leader carries an EPI pen.
