The MAZE restaurant is the Abbey Court Hostel’s newest guest facility. All your group trip's accommodation, dinner, and meal options can now be provided in one convenient location.
Specialising in group bookings for decades, the Abbey Court’s experienced team will take care of all your requirements. Book a 3 Course Dinner to ensure you are well fed from the varied & tasty home-style cooked group set menu.
What to expect for your group when you book a 3-Course Dinner:
- A 3-Course Group Dinner consists of a starter, main course and dessert.
- The group should choose the same dishes in advance from a choice of 4 per course.
- Dietary requirements in your group? Don’t worry; these can be catered for - we just need to know about them as soon as possible.
- Meal times for groups are generally between 17.00 – 20.00 hrs (20.00 hrs last sitting). We recommend requesting your preferred meal times as soon as possible.
- Generally, it takes 2 hours for a three-course dinner – this can vary depending on your group size, so you need to factor this into your trip planning.
Tip
If booking dinner on your arrival day, you need to be careful with timings and allow your group plenty of time. When choosing a dinner time, you need to factor in when your flight lands, travelling time to the hostel, check-in and freshen-up before dinner commences. The CGH team can help you with this.

Meal Booking times
Meals can be booked for groups 7 days a week (advance booking is necessary).
Duration
The average duration of a 3 Course Dinner is 2 hrs (times can vary depending on the size of your group and the menu chosen).
Notes for Group Leaders
A minimum of 15 people is generally required for group prices. We can still arrange meals for smaller groups. Please contact us for further details, as supplements may apply.
The MAZE restaurant can only be booked for guests of the Abbey Court Hostel.
Dietary requirements - must be received 1 month prior to arrival and the name of the students/leaders must be provided for each dietary requirement. Late dietary requirements may not be catered for. For Nut allergies – you must advise how severe it is and if the student/leader carries an EPI pen.
