Kylemore Abbey in County Galway
Overview
Kylemore Abbey is one of the most popular attractions in Ireland, and for good reason. The Neo Gothic castle and church are truly a work of art. Stroll along the lake walk to the chapel, the jewel in the crown of Kylemore. It is a miniature cathedral of exquisite beauty.
The 2.5-hectare Victorian walled garden will conclude your group’s visit where they will be amazed at the splendour of its formal flower and kitchen garden, historical buildings and its 21 original glasshouses.

Jan-March & Oct-Dec: 10:00 to 17:00 hrs. Last entry at 16:00 hrs.
April - Sept: 10:00 to 18:00 hrs. Last entry at 17:00 hrs.
Closed Dec 24th 25th 26th for Christmas.

Notes for Group Leaders
Visitors can walk to the Victorian Walled Garden, located approx. 20 minutes walk from the Abbey or they can take a complimentary shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes between the Visitor Centre and the Walled Garden.
