Overview

Killary Adventure is an outdoor adventure centre that caters for adults and youths with a wide range of land and water based outdoor activities. Their aim is to make outdoor adventure accessible to all and to encourage everyone to push the boundaries of their experience. Whether your group are after soft adventures or the extreme adrenaline thrill, there is something for everyone.

In a half day session (3 hours) up to 2 activities can be included. It is not recommended that water and land-based activities are combined in a half day session as time is wasted getting changed.

We have outlined the most popular activities for groups – activities are grouped as either land or water based.

Land activities

Rock climbing & abseiling, Hill walking, Killary ropes challenge, Killary challenge, Orienteering, Climbing tower, Archery, Giant swing, Turf challenge, Bush craft and survival

Water activities

Kayaking, Gorge walking, Cliff jumping, Giant Stand up paddle boards, Raft building

Opening Hours

Activities run daily in 3-hour time slots from 10.00 – 13.00 or 14.00 – 17.00.

Notes for Group Leaders

Not all activities are scheduled every day, are subject to availability and are weather dependent.

Activities must be chosen in advance of arrival and in one session it must be either land or water activities - they can’t be mixed in the same session.
