This hostel was originally built in the late 1800’s and was formerly a hunting lodge. It has now been tastefully converted into one of the most comfortable Connemara hostels.

The hostel features some fantastic facilities for groups and it even has its own tennis court PLUS access to a range of organised outdoor adventure pursuits at the Killary Adventure Centre , which is neighbouring the hostel.
The Connemara Hostel offers groups a range of room types – all ensuite (showers and toilets located in the rooms), from multi-bedded rooms for students (10, 8, 6 & 4 bedded rooms) to single and twin rooms for leaders and coach drivers.
