Guided Tour of Dublin by Bike – 1916 Tours

Meeting Point: starting and finishing at Isaacs Hostel

Dublin city bike tours offers a unique bike tour of Dublin’s fair city and surrounding areas with a focus on the 1916 Easter Rising. Join them and they’ll take you by bike to many points of interest around the city with lots of photo opportunities.

Groups will be taken through the events of the 1916 Rising and cycle to its historic locations including the GPO, Moore Street, Dublin Castle, the Jacobs Biscuit  Factory, Clanwilliam Place and Bolands Flour Mills.

The participants will need to do a little homework before this tour! Don’t worry – the guide would just like you to watch a relevant movie, so we recommend “Michael Collins” or “The Wind That Shakes The Barley” to prepare groups for the tours historic content.
