Evening at O’Shea’s: Dinner, Irish Music and Dance Experience

Address: O’Shea’s Hotel, 19 Talbot Street, Dublin 1

Why not try something truly unique to Celtic Group Hostels guests? – There’s no better way for groups to experience some real Irish Culture than to listen to live Irish music being played and learning the Jigs and reels of Irish step dancing.

Only O’Shea’s Irish music and dance experience can provide visitors with this rare opportunity to learn from some of the masters of Irish set dancing and music.  A live Ceili band and a qualified dance instructor will provide both the entertainment and tuition for the evening especially for your group.

The evening at O’Shea’s is accompanied by a two or three course dinner for your group. Dietary requirements can be catered for, please adivse at the time of booking. Please find here a sample menu and further information: O’Shea’s Traditional Irish Bar & Restaurant – Dinner.

These evenings at O’Shea’s are tailor made for Celtic Group Hostels’ groups. They are not general admission. This is not a sit down show – the group will be dancing all night! The ballroom where the Ceili Night takes place will not be for sole use for the dinner part of the experience. The ballroom seats 120 persons so other groups may also be seated in the ballroom for dinner at the same time during high season (if your group requires sole use of the ballroom a supplement may apply depending on group numbers – please contact us for details.)
Max group size for this event is 50 persons due to the space requirements for the Irish dancing experience.  If your group is larger than 50 persons – they need to either be split up over 2 evenings or please contact us for alternative experiences.

If you would just like to have dinner at O’Shea’s with your group, we can also organise this. Just ask us for sample menus and prices or have a look here: O’Shea’s Traditional Irish Bar & Restaurant – Dinner

The Ballroom at O’Shea’s is an ideal venue for music groups for rehearsal space and also for groups requiring meeting space for lectures, talks, etc. Contact us for more details.
