Dublin Discovered Boat Tours

Overview

Dublin Discovered Boat Tours will bring all visitors on a relaxed journey along the Liffey River. The vessel, the Spirit of Docklands, was built to face all types of weather. Passengers will learn about the history of Dublin city and of the River Liffey and also about Dublin’s famous buildings and bridges.

 

Up to 48 passengers can be accommodated at the same time. Comfort and safety are guaranteed to all the guests. The vessel is accessible to young and old. It is also fully wheelchair accessible.

Sailing Times

The timings are only a guide and are updated regularly – group tour times on request basis.

 

November (Fri-Sun Only): daily at 11.30, 12.30, 14.15, 15.15 hrs

March & April & October: daily at 11.30, 12.30, 14.15, 15.15, 16.15 hrs

May – September: daily at 10.30, 11.30, 12.30, 14.15, 15.15, 16.15 hrs

 

*Closed December, January, February

 

Notes for Group Leaders

The boat tour is highly dependable on tidal conditions.

Tour Duration

Approximately 45 minutes. Groups need to arrive 15 minutes early for prompt departure.

 

Meeting Point

Pontoon situated at the Sean O'Casey Bridge on Custom House Quay.
