The capital of Northern Ireland is only 2.5 hours drive from Dublin and makes a great day trip for groups interested in the history of Ireland and Belfast.
We strongly suggest including a guide for the day as a city tour of Belfast is the highlights of this trip. An organised city tour will take groups through landmarks that are part of the intriguing history of Belfast. The guide will focus on the past and the future of Northern Ireland’s capital city and there will be photo stops at the murals and other political historic sites. After the tour the group will have some leisure time to explore the city.
Include a visit to the Titanic Experience Belfast! Group tickets to the Titanic Experience Belfast now include also access to the tender ship SS Nomadic, where visitors can go on board of the last remaining White Star Vessel.
The Titanic Experience visit alone will easily take up min 1.5 hours and if groups also want to include the SS Nomadic another 45 to 60 mintues need to be added again, so allowing 2.5 hours for both. This might limit your group’s free time in Belfast City.
A Dublin based guide who will travel from Dublin to Belfast and back to Dublin with the group will provide information about the Boyne Valley and other interesting facts. Local Belfast guides can also be booked to meet with the group in Belfast for 3 hours guiding – rates available on request for this.
